Description
Spigot is adware that hijacks browsers on both Windows and macOS to display misleading advertising. It arrives bundled with free software and browser toolbars, and its components change search settings, inject promotional content, and redirect users to advertisement driven pages. Although not destructive, its manipulation erodes user privacy and often introduces further unwanted software through the same bundling chains.
